this is all you need. dont let best buy or CC sell you a $50-$100 wire. It is a digital signal. You either get the signal or you don’t. It’s like your computer. It is either ON or OFF. digital means a whole bunch of 0 and 1 being transmitted. So save money with this wire.

1 Star Stopped working after one use
I bought this cable because it only cost a few dollars, and I used it to connect the video output from my laptop computer to my digital TV. This cable worked great…. once. I tried to use it again the next day with the exact same setup and the TV would not detect any signal across the cable at all. The cable was already broken. Also, this cable arrived in a cheap unmarked bag and doesn’t appear to meet any kind of electronics quality standards or certifications (for example UL or CE certification). Do yourself a favor and stay away from this cheaply manufactured cable.

Wow what a difference HDMI is. This product is picture perfect! I could not believe that this would be that good because of how inexpensive it was!! But it is very clear and the sound is wonderful as well. I never had the HDMI yet for my HDTV because I couldnot afford the rediculous prices of the HDMI cords. This is great. 5 Stars Works perfectly on my PS3
I bought this to use with my Playstation 3, and it works perfectly. The PS3 reports that it is receiving a 1080p signal, and, although I’m no videophile, the image looks great to me on my 42″ 1080p TV. I have had no problems with it in the few weeks that I’ve been using it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market for such a cable.

the cable worked just fine good pic with my 50″ 1080p flat pannel. The only thing I guess worth really stating about a cable is what alot of people dont know, you cant get a better picture quality from a different cable and heres why. When hdmi puts a signal out you either get a picture on your t.v or you dont theres no bad picture quality there just isnt one so if you get a hdmi cable and it works you get the best quality picture your t.v can produce. Would I recomend getting this cable yes I would cause it worked. And the only other thing is that if you are running this cable through a wall and you dont want those big plastic pieces at the end of the cable before the plug itself then dont get this one cause it has them hope this helped save your money on the expensive cable and just get a cheap one that works theres to much they wanna make you believe so you spend more money!!
